What are the curios in the glass shelves?

Darling room. Very fresh. The items on the top two glass shelves on both sides of the bed look like sort of like trees. Any idea what they are or where they come from?

Hi, the owner says, "Those are hand carved puzzles that all come apart. They were made by an Argentinian artist and commissioned in Buenos aires while I was making a movie there. "
