I do like Lost in the Toy Store, and I realized I don't have any of her daylilies. Nice pictures. Mean Green is appealing to me, it looks like it has a ton of buds.

Judy's daylilies do extremely well here in northern Illinois also. I also stay with the dormants and semi evergreens. Especially those that she mentions as doing well in the north.

This one not a great photo either, but Rambunctious Rosie has not had short scapes here so far (pic doesn't reveal height well). Mr. Butters has not been recurrent here. Lost in the Toy Store seems to be very top branched.

I don't yet have any of hers but I love Mean Green. I just looked it up, it says 43" tall with a 7" flower. Does it get that big for you? I like the fact that it's also ML. marg

Thats odd I have three Mr. Butters Two have always had instant re-bloom. Last summer each gave a third scape. The last one I purchased had never re-bloomed and was a slightly darker yellow. I have since removed that one as I adore the first two Mr. Butters.

Marg: I didn't measure but its a tall one. You could write to Judy to inquire about feedback from others who have grown it in a similar zone as yours. Last season it bloomed here from second week of July through early August if that helps. My zone is different than Judy's.

High Water Mark is a real eye catcher! Also really like Mean Green.

Here are In My Pink High Heels and Mister Butters in 2014. In My Pink High Heels had a great summer with perfectly spaced blooms. Mister Butters--well, just count the buds (5 at most). Both plants came from hybridizer. Both plants have a prime location in my garden. But here in southern Ohio, our climate is harsh, and

winters are taking their toll.

I grow 2 of Judy's daylilies . Osterized is a gorgeous yellow and does quite well in the harsh climate we have here in extreme Southern Ontario . It has survived 30 degrees celcius below and 37 degrees celcius above and both severely wet and ground cracking drought and still blooms its little heart out .

And I also grow one of her unnamed seedlings . I have given it a garden name and it also does well here which I find unbelieveable considering our so called soil is a very heavy blue clay so when I say ground cracking drought, I mean the ground here makes cracks that you can lose your foot in come August most years . If I can find the picture of the seedling I will post it later

Nice pics Debra. When I was looking, Judy was sold out of DIVAS IN DIAMONDS. Maybe next time she will have it available again. Looks to have tall scapes and its a dormant.

Julia - The scapes on DID are not as tall for me as registered, but it is still growing in a pot.
