forgive me if this is obvious to everyone else; but where is your exchange list? how do I find it?

Well, the only way I know (so far) is to hit the person's profile pic (in my case, it's a peppermint balsam bloom) and that will take you to the member page. After the 'about me' Overview paragraph, there should be a green link that says something like 'visit my trade list'. I'm not sure if it's possible to link the list yet except to copy/paste it.

well I did find it! now how to change my trading lists!

Hi Mary,

When you go to Edit Profile you choose the Advanced Setting and there is a little box near the bottom of the page where you edit your list. I copy and pasted mine onto word so i could see the whole thing at once, then copy and pasted ir back to that edit box.

Oh when you're on that page, there's a drop down about messages. Change that to Allow anyone to message me. Right now there's not a way to contact you on your profile.
