Hi Traci welcome. I have been on houzz for several months now, but I'm still learning. :)

You name an ideabook -- YOUR HOUZZ and click Ideabooks, and at top right you can select from your list, and it's alphabetized. They make it easy.

In a browser (not on an app) go to Your Houzz. When Your Houzz opens, click on the heading Ideabooks and make sure that all of your Ideabooks display on one page. Click on an ideabook and hold it and then move it to where you want it. So you can move the first one and place it in the area that is blank with a + sign on it. Continue to move them around until you get them where you want them. What I don't know is whether they rearrange themselves over time again as you open and close them. I think they generally display based on how frequently they are used - but not sure about that.
