Hello!

I am hoping someone is able to help me with my newly purchased Ficus Lyrata! I have noticed on the top of one 'stalk' it is either dying or drying out - and upon further inspection also noticed small white crawling bug/insects - please see photos attached.

It resides in my bedroom and is positioned 3.3 metres (11 feet approx) from window. There are no curtains only a roller blind - that is pulled up during the day to allow light in. Room gets morning sun and light is soft and bright all morning till around 2 -3 pm. Plant has now been in bedroom for 1 month and is watered every 7 - 9 days.

I have heard of cold pressed Neem oil as well as Castille soap and rubbing alcohol - just want to make sure I will be doing the right thing as this is my first indoor plant - that I happen to love to bits.
