First flower buds!!!!

Just got back from Orchids by Hausermann's open house in Chicago with a colossal Cymbidium in tow, and what do I find? My first Adenium flowers!!! I'm so excited. This guy is barely 10 months old! I must be doing something right.

Andrew, you obviously are doing more than something right. Your doing it all right. What a wonderfully healthy looking plant, the leaves are such a deep color green and very strong.

What a treat. Your time and efforts have truly been worth it.

It is growing agonizingly slowly!

Wait until they get to the part when you're sure they'd open that day and spend the whole week looking exactly like that, with nothing else happening!

I have these growing under 4 T8s which are on 16 hours a day.

I want to say I read somewhere that the streaks in the throat are a sign of crispum ancestry, can anyone confirm?
