I Still Need Help For My Kitchen

The Garden Tower Project would seem to be of interest to this group.

Specifically:

1:55 to 2:00 5 seconds food scraps into the central column

3:42 to 3:52 10 seconds a removable screen will allow for emptying of the organic compost from the tube and into the drawer to be recycled back into the soil

0:10 a brief photo of the harvesting system

If compost worms live in the top most inches of the soil why would the worms ever want to leave the food rich central core?

A flow through worm bin is sometimes the ultimate anti gravity chamber. I'm not quite sure why the presumably now vermicompost would leave the chamber flowing downward to be harvested. It would not take long for aggressive or even non aggressive, peace loving, pot smoking, live and let live, plant roots to invade the vermicompost chamber imprisoning the innocent kitchen scraps right where they originally landed.

Not exactly sure this product with its wee beastie babies inside should be in hot Texas sun in the middle of a paved parking lot holding out hope against hope that ain't nobody going to forget watering today, or twice a day?.

The best thing about this garden is not the claimed double duty as a vermicompost system, or whatever kitchen scraps under the dirt are, but the fact that the vegetables are now reachable by people who find the ground is now farther away.

If anybody has an extra cough $499.00 $349.00 handy dandy not so humble, hate to be posting here, usually mean and crabby would product review this. It might make me a bit less mean or a bit less crabby, probably not both.

Or not.

Probably not.

But a guy can dream, can't he?
