What is dimensions off a queen murphy bed?

Could a queen murphy bed fit into a side space such as shown here?
What would the height be?

Hi.
I believe if mounted horizontally as in picture, then the height would be approximately he width of the bed, which in a bed I believe is 5 feet or 1.5 meters.
If mounted vertically, then the height would be the length of he bed!
But given the dimensions of the room, I suspect vertical mounting would be difficult as the bed would take up the whole width of the room when down, and may not even fit depending on room dimension.
So horizontal would be the way to go, as was done in the picture!
