My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This is reclaimed redwood cut into approximately 1x3 boards. I hope this helps.

    Can you tell me what the flooring is? I also have superior grade alder and am looking to find a hardwood with some contrast

    This floor is mesquite. Plenty hard and quite a variety of hues.
