There used to be a plant ID forum, does anyone know what it's called now?

Anyway, a client has a shrub, not yet in leaf but a few leaves still hanging on from last year. She doesn't think it flowers (she's been in the house 8 years, you'd think she'd know…), and doesn't really remember if it has any redeeming features. Any ideas?
