It isn't easy. You have to have physo certificates, inspections and keep them in quarantine I think for at least 2 years but I'm not positive on the that length of time. I think you would start by contacting Florida's Agriculture Dept. and find out what restrictions there are. I know there are some others on here who have done it before and I hope they'll chime in.

I was quoted $300 in fees for one plant, as well as the two-year quarantine, by a nursery in the netherlands today.
