Need suggestions for basement remodel. Low ceiling height, stairs in center.

    How does it need to function? TV space? Guest space? Snack/entertainment space? Do you need a bath down there? Are the windows accessible (for code, have to be for a bedroom)? Is it a walk-out or fully underground? Overall size?

    Hi, great questions. Guess I was hugely vague! Mostly will function as tv viewing/extra sleeping space for young ones -- nieces and nephews. Won't have a bath... laundry already down there and I'd like to partition/block off that area with designated storage. Overall size about 25 x 13. Fully underground with low ceiling.
