I would say yes..Salvia..I just planted some and they attract hummingbirds

I agree with sylviatexas1 . It's physostegia, common name 'obedient plant'.

I agree with floral_uk; it does look like loosestrife. here in Oregon is is a noxious weed that carries disease. Without being able to see it up close, it's tough to be sure. It is a possibility that it might be Epilobium (fire weed), but the shape of the inflorescence leads me to believe it's Lythrum salicaria.

The flowers are sufficiently clear to eliminate Epilobium. (Now renamed as Chamerion)

Physostegia virginiana, either 'Pink Manners' or 'Vivid' Obedient Plant.

This is 100% not Physostegia. It is Lythrum salicaria. Front left there are very clear flowers visible and they are utterly unlike Physostegia.

NOT salvia, NOT obedience plant (ha, opposite of that in fact!). Loosestrife, invasive when happy
