This Japanese Maple I bought was labeled Aconitifolium. It has 3 trunks and two different leaf styles, but on closer inspection it may have one leaf style but some are underdeveloped in the bottom lobes. The top leaf is 2 inches by 2 inches. The bottom one is 3.5 by 3.5 inches.

The first photo is of the roots. All three trunks are visible.

Any help determening the exact cultivar would be appreciated. Thanks!
