Nice floor on the Balcony

Could you tell me if that is composite and if this could be used on a balcony with a room underneath it?

Hello
the is Southern yellow pine. it is suitable for out door use.
it is laid directly above the balcony tiles.
(there is still a floor slab underneath this wooden deck)
so, if you have a room underneath the balcony
just make sure your balcony is waterproofed
than it should be no problem
