kitchen ceiling heigh

I'm a kitchen designer with no formal education. I learn from site experience. however I'm in a dilemma whenever I encounter with kitchen ceiling that's more than 10 Ft. normally I will box up all the way as my standard kitchen height is 8ft tall. so what's the best suggestion to clients?

Build a portfolio of options with their cabinet choice and let them decide.

HI -- Ikea was just showing their new kitchens on Canadian that have the cabinets up as high as 10 and 12 feet ... loft height . They stacked upper cabinets to get that height and then have a rolling library ladder for access . You can see if you look up ... Steven and Chris show
