I too just opened the app (on the phone I always use) and see that most of my saved photos and idea books are gone. A few remain but the rest I’ve been collecting for years are gone. What’s going on?

I am currently having a similar problem. My idea books show that all are populated, but when I click to open them, only some open correctly. The others just show a completely blank page. What is going on?

I have a similar problem. I can see the idea book I created months ago. However, when I click on the idea book, it appears to open but no photos appear in it. On some summary screens a note indicates that there are 37 photos in the idea book. I've even successfully added new photos to the idea book, but still, no photos appear when I select the address book.

This should be fixed now! Please let us know if you are still seeing this error by shooting us a message through http://help.houzz.com

I'm saving pictures but they aren't showing up in my ideas book

i lost all my pictures in my ideabooks

my pictures are no longer showing up on my page. They appear as blank squares which require me to click on each one to bring that one up. I have not changed anything and these pictures disappeared overnight. How do I fix this?
