Why is there two sinks?

    There are two sinks because the kitchen and family are rather large and the second sink become more of a convenience. The primary sink is surrounded by granite and is used for dishes and such. The second sink is surrounded by wood and is only really used to wash hands, rinse lettuce or when the first sink is occupied.
