It may not rebloom this season but it's still certainly alive and will bloom again next year. In the meantime, treat it as an indoor plant or leave it outdoors. You can transplant it now, to your yard, but many people wait until the foliage dies back in the fall to do this. I would say that the decision to transplant also depends on how comfortable you are with transplanting a growing plant or a dormant plant, so you may do it now also if you're good for it.

Otherwise, until the frost kills off the leaves normally, leave the stalk and leaves alone to feed the bulb.

My Mom regularly plants her Easter Lilies in her yard. They do rebloom, not necessarily around Easter. They seem to peter out after a few years.

What zone is Easter Lily grown in. I would think 5b is too cold to put in the ground.

In theory Easter Lily can survive outside in Zone 5. My experience in Zone 6 is that they survive a few years and peter out. Oh, and we routinely put them in the ground shortly after they stop blooming. They seem to get confused and bloom at random.
