Which wall is the media wall?

I currently have a family room with only a 65 inch tv and a mid-century low media console. The tv/cable outlets are currently on the wall where most homes have a fireplace. I decided against a fireplace. I also have the tv on that wall so that it can also be viewed from both the breakfast and kitchen area. I plan to buy a sectional for the space. I need some guidance in terms of furniture arrangement/tv placement.

In terms of tv placement, where you currently have it is probably the best place, ie, don't move it. Several reasons:

1. you said that's where all the electrical outlets are so unless you want to rewire, it's easiest to just keep your tv there.

2. The window is on the right wall so you can't put your tv there unless you want it to block your window.

3. The left wall is facing the window so there would be glare on your screen from the light coming in from that window if you put your tv on the left wall. You would need heavier curtains or blinds to cover the light.
