What if the sinks were moved into the corners near the entry door, with counter extending on both sides?

If you could move the entry door 3' to the left, you could cut the closet door straight through to the front, and put one long vanity to the right of the hall door opening

i like them offcentered, its great having a lot of dry counterspace. between 2 and 3 i cant choose.

Centered will provide the most elbow room. With a 54-inch vanity, there will be ample countertop space on each side of the sink.

Keep the sinks centered. This would allow you to place sconces on each side of the sink...which provides better lighting and there is plenty of space on each side of the sink. Have you considered swapping the toilet room and shower and use glass wall to separate the shower from the vanity? This would allow natural daylight into the entire space and would give an illusion of a larger room because there would be glass walls separating the shower versus how it is drawn now with the solid wall for the toilet room. Without a doubt, centered. And I was going to suggest the same as Lil Huckleberries to swap toilet and shower for the natural light reason.

Centered will give you the most elbow room. You really aren't getting any less counter space, it's just divided. Not sure how much continous counter space you really need in a bathroom.
