I think they look fantastic! On several, there are lower branches starting to form already. These plants don't look leggy to me, though the top 2 may be leaning sideways a bit. Leggy = etiolated, stretching for more light so that there's an unusually large distance between nodes. No kind of pruning can fix etiolation if more light is needed but never given. Assuming your plants are going to go outside in the next few weeks, that should be great. The shade outside will be a lot brighter than in the house. A little sun in the early AM or very late PM usually works well about anywhere. Not sure where you are, how intense the sun is.

Now is a great time to encourage side branches, if you prefer a more rounded, bushy plant. I find that Coleus do best if the lowest leaves are removed first. Then about a week later, pinch the growth tip. Then about a week later, remove the next set of leaves at the bottom of the plant. Each week, remove the next pair of original leaves at the bottom.

Some people take cuttings of as little as 4 leaves, so that they can strip off the bottom two leaves/nodes (where roots tend to come from). They then plant a very short cutting with just 2 leaves (since 2 other leaves were taken off).

Others will do a little longer cutting but still cut off a particularly long cutting to be shorter anyway.

And as far as when to take the cutting, especially to encourage branching, sometimes a good guideline is about 4 leaves on a branch, and then the tip can be cut off. Of course, that's entirely up to you, as well as some branches need more pruning than others.
