I was wondering if there is a product out there that can tell you when or when not to water. I know to feel if soil is wet but still manage to kill plants with my brown thumb. Now the reason I ask in this forum is my dad does the watering since he wants to help out around the house but his hands shake pretty bad and may fall if bending over due to m.s. so he just waters random days. I was thinking if there was something in the ground that changed colors or said if to water or not it would make it easier on him.
