Will my (most likely) forced tulips ever flower again?

I bought some potted tulips in Feb. '14. I transplanted them into a bigger pot about a month and a half ago. (I forgot to do it in the fall.) They were starting to shoot at the time I transplanted them, which I found interesting because they'd been stored in a dry spot. Anyway, they've made some beautiful foliage, but have yet to flower. I was reading that, if they were forced bulbs, they won't flower again? I can deal with them not flowering this year, but might they flower next year after having regained some nutrients? Just wondering if they're worth tending.
