My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Who is the maker of the floors? What stain color?

    The floors are rift & quarter sawn white oak with a custom blend dark stain. There is no brand or manufacturer as this is real wood, however the stain used is a custom blend that is 50% ebony with 50% chocolate applied to the floors in two coats. The final finish has a polyurethane coat for a long lasting and durable floor. Good luck with your project.
