Seeking tray ceiling depth suggestions

Hi,
For new construction of my house I have following room sizes.
15-0"x13-4"
14-5"x16-0"
18-0"x16-0"
I am trying to do tray ceiling like attached photo. Seeking some suggestions on the ceiling depth in middle as well as by the walls.
10' by the walls and 11' in the middle OR 9' by the walls and 10' in the middle? OR any other suggestions? Assume 2ft width of the shallow section of the tray all around.
