need help - with Miele DW and Ikea Sektion panel

Hi All,

Getting a Sektion kitchen. I want a Miele DW (all Miele's) require a panel that is 30 and 1/8. The Ikea panel is 30" and I am told by Ikea that it won't work. Will 1/8 inch make such a difference. I really don't want to change DW. Any ideas suggestions? Thanks.

According to the installation instructions http://www.miele.ca/Media/docs/products/Installation/Dishwashers/Miele%20Dishwasher%20Installation_Vi%20K2O_for%20fully%20integrated%20K2O_10014850-00.en-CA.pdf, I don't see anywhere mentioning 30-1/8 or 30 inch at all. The specs of panel is mentioned in step 10.
