It looks like the leaves just got bumped by something, nothing drastic. They have good color. The roots still look healthy (if a little soggy, but you may have just watered it), but the mix that the orchid is in is ready to be changed. That may be why more than one leaf is browning. Older leaves dry up and fall off, it's just what they do. Don't trim them or pull them off, let them fall on their own (the leaf, while it's still attached, does help support the rest of the plant).
You'll see that it will really benefit from some fresh bark mix ... it will let more air circulate around the roots and they won't stay soggy after watering. It also looks like there are two dead flower spikes coming out of there, just snip them about an inch or so from the plant and discard.
Thanks for the advice! :) I found out my sister had been watering the plant too, so it's probably a little bit over watered. I'll definitely change the mix.
Remember these plants do not naturally grow in pots, they hang on the sides of trees. Roots need air. Do not overwater. Repot into a new mix of bark and put in a bright spot. It should do fine.
The marks on the leaves are just mechanical damage. Nothing to worry about.
