Lucky Bamboo Roots Not Spreading

I have a couple questions regarding my lucky bamboo that im hoping you can help ith.

1. I have propagated some offshoots in water and they are growing well now in soil after rooting. How long until they develop a stalk?

2. Is there a way to get stalks to regrow taller after manufacturer has trimmed them?

3. My main plant was growing well, I trimmed the roots one day about a month or two agao and they are not spreading again. The plant is alive and healthy but sprouts are not growing any taller.

4. I have a stalk that wont grow any taller Sent from my iPhone

I know i have more that i cant think of right now but if you could give any help on these I would really appreciate it.
