Another Weed ID: small fuzzy plant with fluff seeds

Another weed - it's floppy and covered in fluffy, itch-producing seeds. I had to hire someone to remove the weeds because it was so nasty.

    I've got Yellow fiddle neck too - spiny disgusting stuff. But this danged thing is not it.

    Not scorpion weed, fortunately.

    It's lower growing, floppy (falls over) and doesn't have conspicuous flowers.
