My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello Jaydooreck,

Good morning. I think there are some discrepancies on the Houzz site with these items. This sofa is 96" wide and costs $1999, the 80" version only has 2 back cushions and costs $1799. You can find the 80" (Medium Sofa) at this link: [Paramount-Medium-Sofa-Ash[(https://www.houzz.com/products/blu-dot-paramount-medium-sofa-ash-prvw-vr~6323673?lid=952628). We also offer this in a 66" wide (Studio sofa) for $1699 and sectional with daybed and sectional with chaise options. Sorry for any confusion, we will have these items reviewed and fixed.

    Best,

    Blu Dot
