Just wondering if anyone has had luck killing / stopping the growth of these trees?? I have had 3 cut down and the stumps ground down thinking that would stop any further growth....but guess what? it just kept on growing!! Even the cut down logs grew suckers - they don't have a root system...so how???

I bought these as sticks from Chris & Marie's 10 years ago and they did not warn about nuisance they are actually are!

Any advice is greatly appreciated as this stuff was planted before the neighbours behind me put in their pool and if its growing through compacted crushed rock.....I do not want a law suit from them to fix their concrete or pool which is only 5 metres from the fence line where these were planted!!
