My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Love the trim work. How thick and wide are the upright trim pieces? Is the area between them wood or the drywall painted the same trim color? I would really like to do this on my powder room remodel and then branch out to more areas in the house.

    It is all wood. We custom make them.. most of the time we use poplar. Anywhere from 1/4 to 1/2 inch between the outer and center pieces.
