I assume the house on Google maps is yours and not the house with OG lawn, as all I saw was standard lawn grass/turf. If you could provide a photo of the house in question, we might be able to ID the grass for you.

Otherwise, I'd look into a couple of sedges that might do the trick:
Carex leavenworthii
Carex praealtis
Carex divulsa
Carex flacca

You will probably need to mail order these and not sure if available by seeds or starts. Some OG's are just very difficult to obtain seeds for for any number of reasons.

thank you the picture on google is mine with the small front yard and no OG, i would like to replace grass with OG if it would look ok rather than someone who did not mow their lawn.
