i want to construct a Victorian house. i want to use ground floor as basement and house to start from 1st floor. drawing, living rooms, one or two bed rooms, island kitchen, dining on the first floor, 3-4 bedrooms, pantry, prayer rooms on first floor. ground floor to have store, two servant quarters, two parking and a swimming pool at the rear with access only from 1st floor. constructed area on 35X70 feet, garden 25-30 feet, driveway 12 feet, other side 7 feet to be left and 15 feet behind. please suggest me good exterior. thanks
