It IS a real variety - supposedly named to commemorate those that died in the 9/11 attacks - but it is very likely an existing cultivar being sold under a new name. Or even perhaps a new seedling introduction. But it is not a registered cultivar under that name, as you cannot use numbers for a cultivar name.

A very pretty blue LFH, but not necessarily better than many other blues. Of which there are bazillions! Now if some of the proceeds of its sale were going towards the victims or the survivors of the attacks, then I might be persuaded to buy it. But otherwise I see nothing special about it.
