My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I put posts in Perennials, Annuals, Winter Sowers and Plant Propagators for GWers in the MidAtlantic area to alert about the swap. Any other forums make sense?

I think with fewer people checking in, we should issue invites in the other GW forums to bring in newbies. I did this last year in a couple forums.
