My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Bea, They are expensive because they cannot be mericloned, so all you can buy are seedlings or divisions of plants. I remember when I purchased Winston Churchill 'Indomitable', cannot remember the exact amount paid but it was an arm and a leg.
Lucky, I had it for many years before I managed to bump it off.
In the ancient times (about forty years ago) they were the major part of exhibits at Winter shows. Sadly, they have declined in popularity.
