Cute house you have! I do like jewel tones, however. with the style of your house I'm seeing more of a Terra Cotta or even a med-dark Sage green could be very nice!!

As far as your corner, it would be helpful to see another angle. What zone are you in and do you get more sun or shade during the day? There are probably so many things that you can do but I would need more info from you.

A red door is versatile...it's its own statement. I'm a huge fan of red doors...they're alluring..kinda like a wrapped gift you can't wait to open...you just know there's great stuff beyond the door!

Forgot to ask, is your siding beige on the lower level compared to the off white on upper level? Do you plan on repainting it at all??

Laurie, I thought about Sage or like a Spring green.. my husband is not a fan. : / The house faces southwest (just slightly south) in Richmond, VA. The siding is the same color everywhere. I'm not planning on painting it any time soon. Also, planning on keeping the hedges and trees shown, but that's about it. Thank you!

Beautiful house! Your door could be just about any color. My favorite would be navy with 1-2 bright red accents, like a ceramic pot, a throw rug, or chair. But any color that makes you happy would work with the white sidelights and tan siding.
