Yes it did not seem like they would sell the plans but instead would rather do the project. I did not pursue it any further.

thanks for getting back to me. that has been the general response i have received in my search for the perfect floor plan. it's frustrating, but it's their design so I understand.

thank you. good luck to you, also! my husband and i have 30 acres of family land in the southern Adirondacks about a mile off of the Sacandaga Lake in Edinburg. We have cleared the portion we will be putting the house on but are really in the infant stages of it all. We most likely won't break ground on the actual house until spring of 2018 but hope to do electric, well, septic, driveway in the mean time. I know the Adirondacks span quite a ways so I won't be surprised if you didn't know where I'm talking about. :P Where will your build be?

Good for you. Not sure if I will be building at this time. Looking for a small camp/cabin for now around Old Forge/Inlet Area.
