Lightbulb help

I have this small pendant hanging over my stairwell, and the larger size is hanging over my foyer. I love the look, but I'm having trouble changing out the lightbulb in the smaller pendant (insert joke here). My hands are too large to reach up into the pendant light to change the bulb and any light changing kits I have don't grasp the bulb efficiently to be able to put a new lightbulb in. Any suggestions?
