My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Beautiful back-painted glass

Any other back-painted glass i've seen pictures of have a high gloss. Can you please tell us what was done here to give a matte finish. This color is really lovely!! Thank you.

    To achieve the matt finish on the painted glass products, we acid etched the face before painting the reverse. Hope that's useful for you.

      How durable is back-painted glass? I am seeing more of it, and it is really stunning here.

      In truth, that's quite a complicated question deserving of a scientific answer! But as the glass is bonded to the wall, it is pretty durable. You have the option of toughening the glass, or even using laminated glass, but they affect the colour finish. Used on backsplashes, in 20 odd years I have only ever heard of one failing: where the electrician was over zealous in attaching a face plate!

      the best glass is low e or what other companies call crystal it is perfectly clear so no deviation in the colour you use..
