My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    no the moulding application surrounding the inset-lighting. Thanks

    It was custom done by our trim carpenter and electrician. It's called a quadrafoil ceiling. The electrician installed the inset lighting. I can give you their contact information if you would like. Email me at rluna@irongatebuild.com if you need help.
