It looks as if they had it at Palatine, but it's now sold out. It appears to go under several other names: Pompom Verandah, Pashmina and KORfloci05. Maybe you can find it under one of these, if you haven't already tried.

If you're still having no luck, it could be worth asking on the general Roses Forum. It's very busy there (and this forum does seem especially quiet at the moment); with so many people passing through, there's probably a better chance someone will have it and/or know where you can get it.
