Scorpion chili issue

I got some pepper plants in the mail, they were about four inches tall when I got them about a week or two ago. They getting some dry/yellows patches especially near the leaf edges. It could be shock from transportation. There are no black spots or discoloration on the stems and the plants seem perky and are growing new leaves. I just wanted to verify with some other growers that they will be alright. I keep them primarily indoors with a grow light on for about twelve hours a day. This is a pic of my Butch T, which seems to be in the roughest shape. Am I just worrying too much? A guy at a nursery said don't worry unless there's black spots or stem discoloration and that they'll most likely grow out of it.
