I know you know West Elm...
Www.jonathanadler.com is quirky, but in a MCM kinda way, not a Toatsian farmhouse...
Www.liberty.co.uk in the home section.

On the silly side of the spectrum, Modcloth.com has fun home decor stuff. (Not to mention fab retro inspired clothes.) A whole section devoted to "Critters."

Example: the Modsloth shower curtain, with the lovable sloth clinging to the Empire State Building: http://www.modcloth.com/shop/bath-decor/modsloth-shower-curtain

Urban Outfitters has some fun and unique decor http://www.urbanoutfitters.com/urban/catalog/category.jsp?id=A_DECORATE&cm_sp=APARTMENT--L2--APARTMENT:A_DECORATE#/

Chartreuse velvet sofa....what is there not to love. :)

Search local craigslist or nearby city - for unique or vintage or repurposed (see what pops up) always something

joss & main, gilt.com are two of my faves but they are a "check everyday" type of spot.

For example

I'm a foreigner so I don't know. But I'm in love with your rabbit. As if I didn't have enough trouble I fall in love with a transatlantic rabbit.

I keep an eye on One King's Lane's vintage items, and also their accessories.

Ooooo....great one, mrsstem. Going in my fav bar!

I like Etsy!!! I've purchased many things from several of their online stores.

ebay has unique finds

Have you heard of Grandin Road?

One Kings Lane has great stuff!

One Kings Lane has some great stuff, but before you buy, do an Internet search, you can usually find cheaper elsewhere. The same for Houzz products.

Next - if you are in the US it would be us.nextdirect.com, if in Canada it would be ca.nextdirect.com, all shipping and duty included as well as very fast delivery. Next is UK based, clothing and home decor, you will find things that will be a little different. Also darling kids clothes.

I may be a bit late but you collect goat art correct? The Animal Print Shop has some great goat prints! :) I agree, quirky is priceless! I am lately loving the idea of finding modern photography and having it printed so your options are endless! Also, I know you do unique thing with your walls so you may like the idea of grasscloth with colored trimwork.

Also Maria Moss is on etsy and has some really beautiful unique watercolors!
