My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Can you tell us more about the window treatments? I like how tight they pull up and crisp they look.

    Thanks for the inquiry. The window treatments are custom made Roman Flat Shades with a 4" valance. I had weight bars, that are wrapped in the same fabric, inserted every 4" to give the shades more dimension. The fabric used is from Robert Allen Design.

    Thanks for your interest in this project. The rugs pictured are from Crate and Barrel, and are called Olin.
