I am curious as to what time period trim work like what I have pictured was popular? As you can see, nearly everything in the house is trimmed in this style of trim, except the windows (I'm assuming because the windows had been replaced at some time..but maybe not). To me this seems like something reminiscent of the Art Deco styling, but I'm not quite sure. I don't know that I would go so far as to calling it Art Nouveau, either. A blog that I've found showcases a 1910 bungalow and a few of their doorways have something similar, but I have yet to find anything else about trim work like this. The trim I'm talking about is smooth at the corners, it does not have a little fan-shaped piece in the corner like everything else I've found online. Any thoughts on this? Thanks!
