Nice! I have one that is still young, but I'm hoping it puts on some size this summer. My Dypsis Decipiens has some red coloration on new spears but not as bright as this.

Mine are still quite small, they're fairly slow growing. So I wouldn't hold out too much hope of it putting on "some size" in a hurry. At least they can still get some good colour while small. I don't have Dypsis decipiens. The others main ones I have with colours are Licuala 'Mapu', Ptychosperma burretanum, Areca vestiaria, Cyrtostachys renda, Pinanga coronata, Calyptrocalyx fachoislochrys. Some of those only have mottled fronds. I suppose I should add Chamaedorea metallica, that dark metallic colour also looks great.
