My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    They do provide quite a bit of light, but the natural light from the skylight is usually more than adequate during the day. At night we tend to use the LED tape lights under the vanity and medicine cabinet.

    There are some additional LED cans throughout the space as you can in photos. The vanity lights are more for face lighting for make-up etc. There are many light sources including natural light.
